I would be honored if you would check out my TEDx talk “I am a villain in disguise.” It was such a privilege to be a part of this. One of those moments you will never forget and afterwards you know you will never be the same.
(Random sidenote: If my video doesn’t come up correctly, scroll to video 11 of 11. For some reason I can only get the link to my video when it’s in the full playlist of the day. AND I highly recommend checking out the other speakers on list–so many amazing ideas worth spreading!)
TEDxRichland on September 17, 2016 at the Uptown Theater in Richland, WA.
Note from August 2016:
I remember putting “give a TED talk” on a wishful dreaming list a few years ago–you know, those crazy ideas that you get the guts to write down or verbalize every so often, like write for a living, own a beach house, live abroad…The fact that one of the wishful dreams will take place in only a few weeks is surreal.
I am excited, but definitely nervous. I am okay with speaking in front of groups, but the whole being recorded / posted to YouTube thing kind of freaks me out. But I am so grateful for the opportunity to share an idea that is important to me.
